Overview
A comprehensive time tracking and attendance management system for businesses. ESTIMAS helps companies efficiently manage their workforce by providing tools for tracking work hours and attendance, planning employee shifts, managing absences and vacation requests, generating detailed reports and overviews, and processing payroll data. The system offers a complete solution for workforce management with both web and mobile interfaces, making it easy for managers to oversee operations and employees to track their time from anywhere.
My Role
I was responsible for backend development using .NET and C#, backend system design and architecture. As CEO of net-inout s.r.o. (the company that developed ESTIMAS), I also led company operations including marketing and business development, overseeing both the technical and business aspects of building and growing this SaaS platform from 2017 onwards.
